Some of our services allow you to submit content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

When you upload or otherwise submit content to our "Services," you give Google (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content.

The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added to Google Maps).

Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.

On all Globcal networks and sites information "we share" may not be of a political nature, promote religion, or be critical of state policy, we are not activists we are ambassadors. Our primary focuses in all projects is neutrality and developing international cooperation projects to resolve problems involving sustainability, creating ecologically sustainable habitats and other relationships between people and the planet.

This is not a humanitarian aid program, we do not render services except by providing educational and human development resources for capacitating our forming members or those we are providing services for on an exclusive cooperative basis under international law.

Our network is owned by the cooperative cooperators and overseen by an international commission who built the CiNGO development system, we wholly own this network and control its access collectively, we can remove anyone without prejudice at anytime based on a report or complaint about their conduct or the content of their posts. Access to our network is a privilege not a right, free social media and volunteer based participation is rendered without cost, your participation online does not qualify you to consider or state your status as a member.

Membership in cooperatives involves a payment into the collective in order to receive support, privileges, benefits, and entitlements. Fully qualified members pay a minimum of $250 USD per year for annual associate membership to qualify as ambassadors for our network and projects, annual membership has no voting privileges. All ambassadors are required to support the moral imperatives and maintain balanced activity within the cooperative and its affiliated pages.

Posting and sharing content developed by third party providers or competes with our network is discouraged and will be removed by moderators.

New life members (commissioners) as of March 01, 2015 must patronize $5,000 USD to become eligible to commission a project and fulfill the fiduciary duty of high office as an ambassador-at-large for the organization. Commissioners are the only members qualified to vote or hold high-office.

Only fully qualified and trained commissioners can approve, suggest or charter new project developments. Ambassadors support the projects approved under the commission.

We provide grants and scholarships for those applying and working with us who reside in countries known to have high-levels of poverty, are third-world, and developing nations. These grants vary depending on personal circumstances and the applicant's ability to work for Globcal International. They range from 10%-90% and now are available also in the United States and several European countries.

As a recognized international organization and business enterprise of lawful people there is no world authority with whom we need, should, or must be registered with as a cooperative society. Our organization admits jurisdiction based on individual treaties and international cooperation agreements where we have projects through our ambassadors with states, counties, cities, villages, and other international or community based organizations with state or national authority.

Our network is developed cooperatively as well, all cooperative members adhere to a strict code of ethics and policies; those who are dues paying members can remove or request the removal of anyone from the network for failure to understand.
