In 2022 with the passage of laws in the United States and Europe that promote the ideal of paying for transparently provided ecosystem services our organization was able to model a program around the practical aspects of compliance with the legislation to create mission-related investments (MRIs) that generate carbon credit capital for investors in carbon offset development programs. Other products are also being developed like private charitable activity bonds which may show the best yields.
