Your Content in our Services and their Use

Some of our services allow you to submit content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours within our WebSite under the realization that it will be attributed or credited to you on our website.

When you upload or otherwise submit content to our "Service Providers," you give Facebook, Google, Twitter (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content.

The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added to Google Maps).

Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.

Sourcing Materials

If you are sourcing the material from elsewhere on the Internet provide a link to the original source or the full name and if applicable business of the works author, for example a blog article or photo from a blog can be shared or cited if it contains an original link back to the article OR provides the author's name and blog space index.

If you have a Google Account, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on Google or on third-party applications connected to your Google Account (such as +1’s, reviews you write and comments you post) in our Services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts. We will respect the choices you make to limit sharing or visibility settings in your Google or Facebook Account. For example, you can choose your settings so your name and photo do not appear in an ad.

Other Licensing Provisions

All of our members, employees, owners, and founders upon submission of their works, photographs, articles, documents through our website or through our relative web property developments are releasing the work to Globcal International in its entirety, all attribution must be made in reference to the item linking back to Globcal International or the individuals professional Microdata Profile.

Products that are registered with a schema profile as a registered item are fiercely protected and upheld by Globcal International under the natural, common, maritime and commercial statutes when appropriate. Registered items (products) have their own trademark and licensing conditions.

All data (metadata and Microdata or RDFa) is relative to the semantics of the article or work, webmasters and editors 'quoting and citing our original works' may do so under a GNU Public License further Creative Commons ShareAlike 4.0 License, and any other conditions listed on this page.

Disclaimers, Statements and Other Stuff (NIE)

On all Globcal networks and sites information "we share" may not be of a political nature, promote religion, or be critical of state policy, we are not activists we are ambassadors. Our primary focuses in all projects is neutrality and developing international cooperation projects to resolve problems involving sustainability, creating ecologically sustainable habitats and other relationships between people and the planet.

This is not a humanitarian aid program, we do not render services except by providing educational and human development resources for capacitating our forming members or those we are providing services for on an exclusive cooperative basis under international law.

Our Network

Our network is owned by the cooperative cooperators and overseen by an international commission who built the CiNGO development system, we wholly own this network and control its access collectively, we can remove anyone without prejudice at anytime based on a report or complaint about their conduct or the content of their posts. Access to our network is a privilege not a right, free social media and volunteer based participation is rendered without cost, your participation online does not qualify you to consider or state your status as a member.

Membership in cooperatives involves a payment into the collective in order to receive support, privileges, benefits, and entitlements. Fully qualified members pay a minimum of $250 USD per year for annual associate membership to qualify as ambassadors for our network and projects, annual membership has no voting privileges. All ambassadors are required to support the moral imperatives and maintain balanced activity within the cooperative and its affiliated pages.

Posting and sharing content developed by third party providers or competes with our network is discouraged and will be removed by moderators.

New life members (commissioners) as of September 21, 2018 must patronize $5,000 USD to become eligible to commission a project and fulfill the fiduciary duty of high office as a trustee and an ambassador-at-large for the organization. Commissioners are the only members qualified to vote or hold high-office.

Only fully qualified and trained commissioners can approve, suggest or charter new project developments. Ambassadors support the projects approved under the commission.

We provide grants and scholarships for those applying and working with us who reside in countries known to have high-levels of poverty, are third-world, and developing nations. These grants vary depending on personal circumstances and the applicant's ability to work for Globcal International. They range from 10%-90% and now are available also in the United States and several European countries.

As a recognized international organization and business enterprise of lawful people there is no world authority with whom we need, should, or must be registered with as a cooperative society. Our organization admits jurisdiction based on individual treaties and international cooperation agreements where we have projects through our ambassadors with states, counties, cities, villages, and other international or community based organizations with state or national authority.

Our network is developed cooperatively as well, all cooperative members adhere to a strict code of ethics and policies; those who are dues paying members can remove or request the removal of anyone from the network for failure to understand.
